DEENA SKET CHAPTER 20

I woke up on some bed.
i looked up and realized i was in some medical room.i felt bare lightheaded.
I felt like i was dreamin- dat today was yesterday but den it hit me- it was real.
Some nurse walked into the room.
"Hello deena?", she sed.
"what am i doin here- how did i get here."
"You were brought in by an ambulance deena- the doctor will explain everything to you."

I started cryin.
then the dr walked in,
he sat on the sideof the bed, "deena- first of all I want you to know that you're going to be ok,"
i started cryin.
"deena you've suffered a miscarriage," he said, "you've been assaulted haven't you- your body is covered in bruises, would i be right in thinking this happened today?".

I nodded.
"did you know you were pregnant?", he asked.
i felt so sick, "i did yeah- am i gonna be ok, what happened to me."

"It seems as though you were losing so much blood that you became light headed and collapsed- your friend Natalie called in the ambulance- she was here whilst you asleep making sure you were ok but she left when I told her you were awake- should I call her back."

"no no," i sed. "dr, how many months was I?".
"Judging from the blood- it was about two weeks, very early in the trimester- Deena you're bruises- what happened."

I didnt say anything and sed, "some girls- beat me up earlier on today- really bad."
"did you call the police?", he asked.
"no, its fine."
"deena- they almost killed you- their beating is what resulted in your miscarriage."

"i dont want to report it," i sed, "im ok yeah?".
"Deena- we think you need to talk to someone about this- losing a child is..."
"it wasnt a child- it werent formed yet."
he didnt say anything and got up and den he sed, "we still think u shld tlak to someone- its up to you- we have to take you in for an x-ray to make sure there's no internal bleeding, your friend is here." then he left.


"you alright babes,".
i turned to see sorcha standing at the door.
"fuck off u fuckin bitch."
she shut the door and sat at the end of the bed.
"i never told u that i fucked natalies dad- so why wuld ubring me into dat shit," i sed.
"you didnt tell me- he did," she laufed, "anyway deena- tings worked out alright- natalie aint talkin to me OR u so deres no way i can be a part of michelles life."

"dats why u did it- to give dem an excuse not to talk 2 u," i sed, "u fuckin bitch- natalie was MY friend and now u fucked it all up jus cos u didnt wanna be part of michelle's life."

she looked at me sed, "u fucked the guys who raped her- and ur tryna go on like u two are griminal and wretch- listen deena- im the only girl u need to role with, we're two sexy lighties, fuck natalie- she used to cuss u behind ur back to me all the time- she said ud fuck a horse if it chirpsed u enough."

I didnt say anythin, "did u really fuck her dad."
she laufed, "how do u think i met natalie- at her dads youth club- i used to go before she did and he was fuckin me from when i was 14."


"uve fucked up their marriage- now sandras gonna leave him, and she wont be able to raise michelle and the twins alone- whats gonna happen to michelle."

"oh fuck michelle and sandra, deena- michelle had an easy life- she HAD her mum and MY dad, so she's good, she'll be fine and sandra SHOULD leave him- what kind of man cheats on his fiancee', if he werent fuckin me or u it would have been somebody else- ive done sandra a favour." den she sed, "deena- the hospital called ur nan and shescoming back as soon as she can but she cant leave leeds now cos of the snow up there and so she sed u can stay wiv me at my mums second flat in brixton until she gets back."

"i dont want shit to do wiv u, or ryan or fumez anymore- i just wanna go back to college and stay at my nans yard."


"go back to college?", sorcha sed, "deena- evryone will knw that u fucked natalies dad and now shes knows about ryan and...."


i screamed.
"how the fuck does she know about ryan and fumez sorcha."

she looked away and then took out her lipgloss and put it on, "i told her deena- she had to know- shes a bitch."

"sorcha- u did it cos ur jealous dat me and natalie were tight- u did it so she can hate me," i cried.

"deena- u need to forget about her- shes a bitch- and u cant go back to her college deena- u need to leave, cos she'll fuck u up, u need to find a new college."

I started cryin bare.
"im gonna go bring us some Mcdonalds," she sed, "u got anymoney?".
"in my purse," i sed. she took out 20 pounds and sed, "ill be back."

Then the dr came in.
"Deena- we've reffered you to a gp in Finsbury Park- for regular check ups that are just to make sure you're ok- we're ready for the xray now- Ill have someone help you up."

As he helped me up, i asked, "whats dis drs name."

"Dr Zarindast, Akbar Zarindast."
